Ich habe gesponnen und verwirnt. Dies ist auf meinem zweiten Rad von meiner Mutter entstanden. Fazit: Das zweifädige Rad ist nicht so zickig und den Auszug kann ich schön lang machen. Das Problem ist, dass das Rad viel zu laaaaangsam einzieht ich also darauf nur dünn spinnen kann, weil ja viel Drall vor dem Aufwickeln rein kommt.

Mit diesem langsamen Eiinzug war es mir unmöglich Navajo zu verzwirnen und gleichzeitig zu treten, sonst wäre es wieder überdrallt geworden. Also habe ich erst solang wie ich meinen Arm machen konnte Navajo gezwirnt und dann einziehen lassen. Dazu habe ich nur die Spule betrieben es also quasi einfädig benutzt. Dann wieder angehalten und von vorn. Das Garn ist noch sehr unregelmäßig, aber auch mein zweites Radgesponnenes - am ersten verzweifle ich gerade wieder, denn es hat zu viel Drall.
The plying was a pain in the a**. With this slow drafting in was it impossible to navajo-ply and spinning the wheel at the same time. So I made a single drive and only driving the bobbin. I stopped the wheel and pulled the yarn so long my arms could do it and then moved the wheel to get twist and to get the yarn onto the bobbin. The yarn is very irregular but it's my second try and my first try in plying. With the first single I made I become desperate with - it has to much twist.
